I grew up in South Tucson, graduated from Cholla High School, and today I live in Continental Reserve in Marana. Marana is home for me, not just a market.
My family is all in on Marana. Both of my kids went to Marana Middle School and Marana High School. My daughter dances for the IFL Tucson Sugar Skulls and coaches at Mountain View. My nieces and nephews live here too.
My sister-in-law and her husband live out in Picture Rocks. They started with a nice manufactured home on a couple of acres. Later they bought the neighbor's house and land next door, and turned the big backyard into an oasis where they host weddings and quinceañeras. That is Marana to me. Room to grow, and family close by.
Where I help
The northwest side covers a lot of ground, from established neighborhoods to newer master-planned communities. A few places I help buyers:
Area ZIP codes include 85653, 85658, 85741, 85742, 85743, 85704, 85737, and 85755.

Manufactured homes
Marana and the areas around it, like Picture Rocks and Avra Valley, have a lot of manufactured homes on their own land. I have done a lot of these loans. In fact, the first loan I ever funded, more than 20 years ago, was a manufactured home.
