Benefits
Many assistance programs are run by a county or state housing agency, with income limits and local rules. Some buyers earn too much for those programs. Others carry student loans, car payments, or other debts that make ratios tight. This program was built with more flexible qualifying.
Designed to work for more buyer profiles than many government-agency programs.
You do not need perfect credit. A 600 score or higher can work.
Over the income limits for other programs? Income limits are not a barrier here.
No program DTI overlay. Many down payment assistance programs cap debt-to-income at 45% to 50%. This one follows automated underwriting approval instead.
Not tied to a county or state housing agency. Available in the states where I'm licensed (see Licensing).
